Wow what an awesome experience. From the front desk all the way to the General Manager. Everyone was up front and crystal clear with the information provided. There was no bait and switch . What you see is what you get. My sales rep Nick was very in tune with our needs and made us feel comfortable when confirming numbers. A pleasure to do business with. I have been with other manufacturers but I will not only stay with Acura but with Maple Acura.

Do not purchase a vehicle from these people and ABSOLUTELY do not waste your time with the warranty. My mother purchased a vehicle from them 2 months ago and have had to take it back twice already. Her back windshield shattered (common problem with 2019-2020 models) however they said they would not cover the replacement ($1200) or I have to wait 8-10 business days to find out if it can be covered. I’m out of a vehicle for the time being and the response I get every time is sorry, no resolution. Side note: they sold me a vehicle with an extended warranty and today they’re telling me that the warranty for the vehicle is expired. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP

I have been buying and servicing my cars since this dealer opened their doors. I keep going back because of the people that work there. From the dealer manager to the service manager to all the advisors and especially the amazing mechanics. These people have become friends and family and I trust them 100 percent with my cars. *OUT OF TOWN PURCHASERS BE AWARE* Let me start by saying they don't care where you're travelling from. They will say anything to get you in the door (somewhat surprised this mentality is still taught). Also to our sales guy, just ignore this review - it has NOTHING to do with our experience with you personally because you were following procedure. Our test drive was fun! But, in our case we were looking at a particular vehicle that was roughly $1500 out of what we were willing to spend but emailed anyways to inquire if there was wiggle room as we really liked the car. We were told over email communications that "...that amount can be considered but [I] would like to make sure that you like the vehicle first." No problem, that gave us the confidence that they're willing to work with what we're willing to pay and it's worth the three hour drive from Kingston. It's important to note that the General Manager, Sales Manager, and Used Car Manager were all CC'd on this email so you'd think they'd look at their calendars and see it's 2023 so bringing customers in from out of town just to say they can't move on pricing would ultimately lead to this deserving review. Every one's got to eat, everyone deserves commission, and it's a business after all so they do need to make money, we weren't stupid to that. But they didn't need to waste our time or money either? It was close to $100 in gas and over six hours of driving just to be told almost immediately that they wouldn't move on the price. I would have rather been told that they couldn't move on the price off the bat. Either way, on top of the lack of respect they had for our time, they're also currently violating OMVIC regulations when it comes to advertising. Website states: "ALL IN PRICING", meaning you will pay X amount, plus tax (and whatever you choose to add on). That's it. Be aware there is a $749.99 tire and rim warranty charge that you don't get the option of - so not all in pricing displayed on the website. Even after explaining to them that I won't pay that price for sure, nor would I pay the $749.99 extra charge, they got the owner on the phone (allegedly) and he wouldn't even lower the price of the car to compensate this violation.. Like I mean a -$749.99 discount is better than the fine for false advertising. Probably a good time to mention that I was the worst person to give the run around to and falsely advertise a vehicle. I spent six years in Automotive Marketing & Advertising. It was my job to protect my dealerships from fines and bad publicity. And now the best part. After saying no to the "deal" we were met with the second chapter of the handbook - "We're priced exactly where we need to be with this vehicle as it's one of the few in the area with this specific colour combo." So basically pay our price because you'll never see this car or price anywhere else. Wrong. Left Maple Acura, went to Markham Acura, bought the same CPO SUV for $2,435 under our budget, and $5,091 under the price we were given from Maple. No hidden fees, no pressure. Signed, sealed and about to be delivered.
